02 / Services

Software shaped around your needs.

Business software

Bring inventory, orders, reporting, and everyday workflows into an application designed for the people using it.

Web applications & MVPs

Turn an idea into a focused first version. Define what matters, build the core experience, and leave room to improve.

Automation & AI workflows

Connect repetitive steps and explore where AI can help with documents and information, while keeping review and control in the workflow.

The starting point is your process: who uses it, what slows them down, and what a useful first version needs to do.

03 / How I work

Clear steps, from the first conversation.

  1. 01

    Understand

We start with your workflow, users, and constraints. The aim is to understand the problem before choosing the solution.

  2. 02

    Define

Agree on the first useful scope, the responsibilities, and how we will review progress.

  3. 03

    Build & review

Develop in practical stages and review the experience with you as the work takes shape.

  4. 04

    Launch & plan next steps

Prepare the release and handover, then agree on any improvements or maintenance the project needs.

My approach starts with the workflow.

04 / About

Built with care. Explained clearly.

I’m John Paul Paredes, the developer behind Tasktica.

I care about software that makes sense to the people using it, and systems that remain understandable as they grow. My approach starts with the workflow, then brings design and engineering together around a clear first version.

Tasktica is where I bring that approach to business systems, web applications, and practical automation.

05 / A little clarity

A few things you might be wondering.

What kinds of projects can we discuss?

Business applications, internal tools, focused web products, and automation workflows. The first conversation helps us decide whether the project is a good fit.

Do I need a complete specification?

No. Bring the problem, the people involved, and any examples of how the work happens today. We can use those to define the next step.

Can we work in English or Spanish?

Yes. We can discuss the project and prepare its scope in either language.

How are cost and timing decided?

They depend on the scope, integrations, and delivery requirements. We discuss those before agreeing on a proposal.

Does every project need AI?

No. We use it where it is useful for the workflow. Clear rules and ordinary software may be the better solution for many tasks.

Let’s talk

Let’s make your next workflow clearer.

Tell me what you are building or what is getting in the way. We can discuss the problem, the scope, and a sensible next step.
